People come to therapy because they are stuck and hurting in some way. Simultaneously longing for their lives to be different, yet for a multitude of reasons, unable to engender the very shifts they seek.

  • Depression

  • Anxiety

  • Stress / Overwhelm

  • Trauma

  • Low self-esteem / shame

  • Confusion / feeling lost

  • Relationship problems / loneliness

  • Career and Educational challenges

  • Parenting and family struggles

  • Grief / loss

  • Sexual Expression and Identity

  • Gender Expression and Identity

  • Financial stress

  • Discrimination/oppression

These are just some of the reasons clients come to see me. The list of human struggles is long and UNIVERSAL.  We ALL need support and help sometimes, no matter how old we are, where we come from, how much money we make, what our gender or religion or spirituality or sexuality or physical abilities are...

Perhaps the biggest tragedy of our lives is that freedom is possible, yet we can pass our years trapped in the same old patterns...We may want to love other people without holding back, to feel authentic, to breathe in the beauty around us, to dance and sing. Yet each day we listen to inner voices that keep our life small.
